Anne C. Zimmerman CPA
Anne earned her CPA designation in 1986, winning The Elijah Watt Sells Award for scoring one of the highest in the country on the CPA exam. She has degrees in both business management and accounting and is a member of most accounting professional organizations. She has worked with local accountants and on her own for 25 years now, acting as the offsite CFO for many businesses. Over the years she has given many presentations to professional groups on topics such as budgeting and cash flow. She volunteers her time to many local charitable and civic organizations, sits on (or has in the past) many boards, commissions, and advisory boards.Currently Anne is President of the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce. Emily J. Marsh
Emily has been with the firm for 14 years, during which she has earned her accounting degree and the necessary college courses to allow her to sit for the CPA exam. She is currently preparing for the exam and hopes to complete it in 2011. Emily started out as a clerical and bookkeeping staff member and has truly learned things on the go, becoming a competent and insightful accountant. She donates a significant amount of her time to local charities including the Ohio Benefits Bank Program that assists underprivileged residents in understanding their rights for government assistance. Recently she traveled to Kenya with SOTENI International to train women entrepreneurs about how to manage and sustain their individual businesses, with the focus on the importance of education.
